I to onoj vrućoj, jer kad toplana pusti grijanje dođe vrijeme za otvaranje sezone vruće čokolade. Jedan od rijetkih razloga zbog kojeg se veselim hladnim danima. <3

I to onoj vrućoj, jer kad toplana pusti grijanje dođe vrijeme za otvaranje sezone vruće čokolade. Jedan od rijetkih razloga zbog kojeg se veselim hladnim danima. <3
Odabrala sam ovaj recept misleći da će mu gustin dati onu željenu (pudingastu:)) gustoću, no nije. U drugim receptima se uglavnom otopi čokolada u mlijeku i zagrijava dok se ne zgusne, koliko se zapravo zgusne ću izviditi neki drugi put. Nije bila "pudingasta", ali je bila fina!
1 žličica kukuruznog škroba | gustina | gussnela
prstohvat soli
4 dcl mlijeka (ili 3dcl mlijeka + 1dcl slatkog vrhnja)
150g čokolade za kuhanje
2 žlice kakaa (za kolače)
1/2 ekstrakta vanilije
(ruma)
Usitnite čokoladu. Pomiješajte gustin i sol pa umiješajte u mlijeko da se škrob otopi. Smjesu zagrijte na srednjoj vatri, stalno miješajući, a kada zavrije
smanjiti jačinu vatre te grijati još 1 minutu uz miješanje. Maknite posudu sa izvora topline i dodajte usitnjenu čokoladu. Ostavite 1 minutu, a
zatim miješajte dok se čokolada otopi, a smjesa postane glatka. Na kraju umiješajte kakao prah i vaniliju te po potrebi ponovno zagrijte.
Koristila sam Nestle čokoladu s 52% kakaa, i na kraju je sve ispalo malo gorkasto, pa tko ne voli neka svakako ubaci žličicu šećera.

HOT CHOCOLATE (2 persons)
1 teaspoon of cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of milk ( 1.5 cup of milk + 0.5 cup of milk for cream)
6 ounces of chocolate (52% cacao)
2 teaspoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Finely chop the chocolate into small pieces. Pour the milk into a medium saucepan and add the cornstarch. Whisk to dissolve the cornstarch. Once the cornstarch is dissolved, heat the milk on medium heat just until it boils, then low the heat and cook for one more minute. Remove the saucepan from heat, add the chocolate immediately and begin stirring until the chocolate is completely melted. In the end stirr cocoa powder and vanilla extract. If the milk cools off too fast, place the pan back on the stove on low heat to melt the chocolate.
If you are using baking chocolate, which is unsweetened, pour the sugar into the chocolate milk mixture and stir until thoroughly dissolved.
